Introduction

We have established a General Manager-responsibility system of leadership under the guidance of the Board of Directors.

The General Manager is responsible for all daily operations, with separate divisions, including the Technical Dept., Production Dept., QC Dept. and Sales Dept. All sections are under the management of the GM and General Engineer's Office.

The whole staff take the principle of 'Strive & Innovate, Gung Ho, Permanent Development' as the management concept.
